Construction and demolition solid waste shall not be placed in a solid waste container. If such construction and demolition solid waste is generated, the responsible party is responsible for the removal and disposal of such solid waste. All construction and demolition solid waste shall be removed promptly and shall not be stored in any location where it may be blown or otherwise dispersed beyond the construction site. In the event that the violation is not corrected, the violation is considered a public nuisance that may be abated. (Ord. 15-848, 11-23-2015)
