8-4: DECLARATION OF GENERAL ELECTION WINNERS:
The candidates equal in number to the offices to be filled who shall receive the highest number of votes at the general election shall be declared elected to such office or offices. (Ord. 83 § 4, 1-22-1962; Ord. 96-428, 11-12-1996)
