A. Except for limited licenses, the city must hold a minimum of three (3) performance evaluation public hearings during the term of each license. The city manager may determine the times for the hearings and the issues that the licensee must address in the hearings.
B. The city may hold performance evaluation public hearings for limited licenses as determined by the city manager. (Ord. 05-589, 5-23-2005)
