A. Sick Or Injured Animals: No sick or injured animals shall be maintained on the premises, sold or offered for sale.
B. Young Animals: Animals which are not weaned or so young that their sale would be injurious to them shall not be sold, offered for sale, nor given away.
C. Registration Required: Every person maintaining a pet shop shall register with the animal control department. The registration shall contain the names, addresses and telephone number of persons to be notified during any hour of the day or night. The registration shall also contain the name and identities of any party having an interest in the pet shop. (Ord. 05-590, 5-23-2005)
