It shall be deemed unlawful for an owner to keep or harbor, within the City of Eloy, any dog or other animal which barks, howls or makes other aggravating noises which unreasonably disturb the peace, quiet and enjoyment of a neighborhood. (Ord. 05-590, 5-23-2005)
