3-8: HOTEL SERVICE TO DINING ROOM PATRONS:
The operator of a hotel having in conjunction therewith a dining room, whether operated under the hotel management or otherwise, applying for and receiving a restaurant retail liquor license, shall be permitted to serve the patrons of such dining room and the guests of such hotel; provided such dining room is contiguous and communicating with such hotel, but not otherwise.
