§ 5-7-1 TITLE.
   This chapter may be cited as the Road Naming and Addressing Properties Ordinance for the City of Dillon, South Carolina.

§ 5-7-2 JURISDICTION.
   These regulations set forth herein shall apply only to those roads, both public and private, which are located within the incorporated area of the City of Dillon, South Carolina.

§ 5-7-3 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to provide a system of unique road names and unique addressing, which is essential to the successful implementation of the Enhanced 911 Emergency Services System, and is, therefore essential to the efficient and effective provision of such services as police, fire, and emergency medical services.
