§ 5-7-15 PENALTIES.
   Any person who violates any provisions of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be subject to a fine not exceeding two hundred dollars ($200) or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding thirty (30) days. Each day such a violation continues constitutes a separate offense.
