An address shall be assigned for all principal dwellings, buildings, and vacant lots by sequential numerical order whenever possible within the incorporated area of the city. All eligible streets and roads shall be assigned addresses accordingly so as to use the fifty (50) foot grid interval as the normal guideline rather than being used as an absolute factor in 100 percent (100%) of the cases of addresses. When in doubt the City Manager or his designee will make the final determining judgment as to what address will be applied.
