§ 5-7-5 DUPLICATION OF ROAD NAMES.

New road names shall not be allowed if they duplicate existing approved municipal or county road names, including road names within zip code areas that cross county boundaries into neighboring counties. This includes duplicates of words, phonetics, homonyms, or homophones.
