   The Comprehensive Plan was adopted by the City of Dillon pursuant to the South Carolina Comprehensive Planning Enabling Act of 1994, being S.C. Code §§ 6-29-310 et seq., and is incorporated in the Code of Ordinances by reference. A complete copy can be obtained from the City of Dillon Planning and Zoning Department.
