40.01 INDECENT EXPOSURE.

   No person shall designedly expose oneself or the person of another, in a grossly open and indecent or obscene manner, to public view in a state of nudity, or lewdness, or in indecent or lewd dress.

40.02 URINATING AND DEFECATING.

   It is unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate onto any sidewalk, street, alley, or other public way, or onto any public or private building, including but not limited to the wall, floor, hallway, steps, stairway, doorway, or window thereof, or onto any public or private land.

40.03 WINDOW PEEKING.

   It is unlawful for any person to peek into the windows or doors of a private home either in the daytime or the nighttime.
