40.10 SALE OF FOOD.
   No person shall sell or offer for sale any tainted, unsound or rotten meat, fish, fowl, fruit, vegetables, eggs, butter, canned goods, packaged goods or other articles of food; or sell or offer for sale the flesh of any animal that was diseased.
