40.11 DISTRIBUTING MEDICINES.

No person shall distribute any packages of medicine, pills, or other free sample packages of any preparation for medical purposes by leaving the same on porches or doorsteps or about the premises or any building or business house or any lot, street, sidewalk, or place.
