The following regulations are adopted to protect the levee:
1. Parking. No vehicle shall be parked on the levee or with 15 feet of the levee footprint without permission.
2. Altering or Defacing Property. No digging, planting, altering, or defacing the levee or levee footprint shall be done without permission.
