40.12 DISCHARGING WEAPONS.
      1.   Except at an indoor firing range for which an occupancy permit has been issued by the City of Denison or as authorized by the City Council, it is unlawful for a person to discharge rifles, shotguns, revolvers, pistols, guns, or other firearms of any kind within the City limits.
      2.   No person shall intentionally discharge a firearm in a reckless manner.
