Compensation
EDITOR'S NOTE: Because of the frequency of change, provisions relating to regular compensation of union contracts are not codified. Schedules of the same are established from time to time by Council and copies thereof may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
Resolution 1988-14, passed February 10, 1988, authorized an agreement with The Delaware Group for administration of a deferred compensation program for employees of the Village pursuant to Section 457 of the Internal Revenue Code. Copies of this agreement and the latest relevant legislation may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
