(a) The Administrative Staff, the Clerk/Dispatchers and Service Department employees, except the Service Director, shall be compensated for time worked in excess of 40 hours per weekly pay period at the rate of one and one-half times their established rate of compensation. This rate shall be deemed the regular hourly rate as such term is used in the “Fair Labor Standards Act.”
(b) The rate of pay for full-time members of the Service Department, excluding the Service Director, for actual time worked on the holidays of Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's Day, shall be double time and a half, in addition to the regular pay for the actual holiday. If any of the above holidays shall fall on a weekend, the regular holiday pay will be paid in overtime, provided the employee worked in excess of 40 hours during the week.
