§ 74.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provisions of §§ 74.001 through 74.031, 74.045  et seq. or 74.060 through 74.068 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $30, nor more than $200.
   (B)   Any person who violates §§ 74.032 or 74.108 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a violation and shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $100.
   (C)   Any person who violates any provision of § 74.083 of this chapter shall be subject to a fine of $30 per violation, except for parking in a handicap zone or having an expired license plate, which carries a $50 fine. If a fine is not paid within 14 days of the issuance of a citation, the fine doubles.
