5.08.170 Adult live entertainment license required.
   Each individual to be employed or who is employed in the capacity as an adult live entertainer for an adult business shall be required to obtain an adult live entertainer license from the city. Each applicant shall pay an adult live entertainer license fee as set by resolution of the City Council. It is unlawful and a misdemeanor, subject to punishment in accordance with § 1.08.025 of this code, for any person to work as an adult live entertainer without a license as required by this chapter.
