§ 1484.08 GARBAGE STORAGE AND DISPOSAL.

Every dwelling unit shall have adequate garbage disposal facilities. If a storage container is used, pending collection, it shall be rodent-proof, insect-proof and watertight. Both the storage and disposal of garbage and other organic waste shall be of a type and in a manner acceptable to the Housing Inspector.
