§ 1420.01 2013 EDITION ADOPTED.

   There is hereby adopted by the municipality the 2013 Edition of the International Residential Code for One- and Two-Family Dwellings.

§ 1420.02 APPLICATION AND ENFORCEMENT.

   Ohio Administrative Code 4101:8 - Residential Code of Ohio, as promulgated by the Ohio Board of Building Standards, shall apply and be enforced within the city by the Board Certified Official(s) of the Residential Building Department established by the City (formerly Village) of Columbiana pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 1125 and 80-O-512.
