§ 71.02 WRONG WAY PARKING.
   It shall be unlawful for any owner (OWNER shall include person, firm or corporation) or any driver to park his or her vehicle on the side of the street or alley in a direction opposite to the flow of traffic on that side of the street or alley that the vehicle is parked.
