§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Penalties assessed for violations shall be based upon the following schedule, plus Court costs of $15:

   (B)   Those persons who admit the allegation or have a judgment entered against them under division (A) above, except squealing tires and worksite traffic violation, shall be fined a minimum of $1 up to a maximum of $500.
   (C)   Those persons who admit the allegation or have a judgment entered against them for squealing tires under division (A) above shall be fined a minimum of $1 up to a maximum of $100.

   (D)   In § 70.11, for each day after the ten-day notice a view block is not abated, the persons, business or corporation commits a Class C infraction.
   (E)   Those person who admit the allegation or have a judgment entered against for a worksite traffic violation under § 70.12, shall be fined a minimum of $200 for a first offense, with an additional fine of $100 for each subsequent violation.
   (F)   A person that operates an off-road vehicle in violation of § 70.14 shall be subject to a fine of $1 up to a maximum of $500, plus court costs. In addition, an off-road vehicle operated without proper registration with Indiana Department of Natural Resources pursuant to § 70.14(E) shall be towed, and the owner shall be required to pay all towing, storage and release fees before it is released.
