(A) No person shall stop, park or leave standing any vehicle upon the paved or main-traveled part of the street when it is practical to park or stop such vehicle off such part of said street.
(B) No person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle except to avoid conflict with the law or the direction of a police officer or traffic-control device, in any place which is prohibited by the city.
