(A) (1) The following locations shall be designated as disabled parking only, and it shall be unlawful for any person to park any vehicle or motorized transportation in an area designated for disabled parking only, unless that person has been issued a valid disabled person license plate or other lawful disabled emblem.
(2) A disabled parking location shall be identified by the placement of one sign (HC) at the beginning of the designated location stating“Disabled Parking Only” and the curb shall be painted blue.

(C) (1) Whoever violates any provisions of this schedule shall be fined a penalty of not less than $100 and not more than $200. The penalty for the first violation shall be $100, for second violation $150 and each subsequent violation $200.
(2) A separate violation shall be deemed committed on each day that a violation occurs or continues.
(3) Any vehicle illegally parked shall be subject to being removed, towed and stored at the owner’s expense.
(4) Any private parking lots that have disabled parking spaces, as well as on city rights-of-way, can be written under state statutes.
