(A) Vehicular parking shall be prohibited according to the following schedule.

(B) Parking prohibited within 30 feet of the following intersections:
(1) Eleventh Street and Elm Street;
(2) Eleventh Street and Nebeker Street; and
(3) Eleventh Street and Walnut Street
(C) Parking along the semi-circular drive surrounding the playground area at Sportland Park (Nebeker Street on the north turning into John Street on the south) shall be restricted as designated by appropriate signage to areas of angle parking only, parallel parking only, handicap parking only, and no parking.
(D) Parking on the south side of Mulberry Street between Third and Fourth Streets is prohibited within 15 feet of intersections and ten feet of any drives.
