   Beginning on the westerly established dock line of the Cuyahoga River at its intersection with the center line of Clark Ave., S.W., said beginning point being south 86 degrees 49 minutes 25 seconds west 368.22 feet measured along said center line of Clark Ave., S.W. and Pershing Ave., S.E. from its intersection with the center line of Independence Rd., S.E.; thence south 2 degrees 56 minutes 55 seconds east 81.23 feet to an angle; thence south 15 degrees 25 minutes 36 seconds west 204.08 feet to an angle; thence south 35 degrees 34 minutes 25 seconds west 1781.79 feet to an angle; thence south 57 degrees 57 minutes 31 seconds west 200.00 feet to an angle; thence south 80 degrees 20 minutes 37 seconds west 930.02 feet to an angle point which angle point is south 14 degrees 24 minutes 07 seconds west 109.51 feet from a stone monument; thence south 74 degrees 50 minutes 37 seconds west 632.22 feet to an angle; thence south 36 degrees 20 minutes 37 seconds west 1771.31 feet to an angle; thence south 8 degrees 10 minutes 37 seconds west 2157.31 feet to an angle; thence south 14 degrees 55 minutes 46 seconds east 294.72 feet to the center line of the Wheeling and Lake Erie Railway Company’s right-of-way, which point is north 35 degrees 15 minutes 48 seconds east 1056.47 feet measured along said center line from its intersection with the center line of Denison Ave., S.W.; thence south 14 degrees 57 minutes 28 seconds east 1642.49 feet to an angle; thence south 22 degrees 20 minutes 17 seconds west 120.75 feet to a point in the northerly face of the concrete piers of the Harvard-Denison Viaduct, which last mentioned point is south 36 degrees 55 minutes 47 seconds east 373.00 feet from a stone monument in the center line of Denison Ave. S.W. at its easterly end.
