The said dock or wharf lines on the westerly side of said ship channel begin at a point in the northerly line of Riverbed Ave. N.W. three hundred and one and sixty-six one-hundredths (301.66) feet easterly of the intersection of the center line of Division Ave. N.W., produced with the said northerly line of said Riverbed Ave. N.W.; thence northerly at right angles with Riverbed Ave. N.W. to the dock line of the Cuyahoga River on the westerly side thereof; and the dock line of the easterly side of said ship channel is parallel to, and one hundred and ninety-eight (198) feet easterly from the above-described line, and extends from said northerly line of Riverbed Ave. N.W. to the Cuyahoga River.
