§ 3105.29 Festival and Carnival Permit Fees for Charitable Organizations

   The permit fee for festivals and open-air carnivals for a period of not more than five (5) consecutive days and not more than two (2) carnivals in any calendar year, sponsored by a charitable organization, as defined in division (b) of Section 329.07 shall be computed in accordance with the following schedule:

Use Permit	$20.00
Plan Examination Fee	$20.00
Certificate of Occupancy	$25.00
First Electrical Permit – In accordance with the fee schedule in Section 3105.25, to a maximum of:	$135.00
Second Electrical permit, if required	$15.00
Permit to Erect and Operate Amusement Rides – In accordance with the fee schedule in Sections 3105.25 and 3105.27, to a maximum of:	$300.00
Permit for Temporary Tents, Private Property – In accordance with the fee schedule in Section 3105.25 to a maximum of:	$25.00
