(a) Certificates of Occupancy. When a Certificate of Occupancy is issued upon completion of a new building or other structure; issued upon completion of an enlargement of, or alteration to, an existing building or other structure; when no additions or alterations have been made but there is a change in occupancy classification of the building or other structure, irrespective of whether or not alterations are required after inspection: sixty dollars ($60.00);
When issued upon request of the owner of an existing building or other structure: sixty dollars ($60.00);
Duplicate: twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b) Certificates of Approval and Certificates of Operation. A separate inspection fee shall not be required when the Certificate fee is paid.
