Safety and Sanitation

537.01 Abandoned airtight containers.

537.02 Offensive trades.

537.03 Smoking in theaters and public halls prohibited.

537.04 Blocking aisles prohibited in theaters and public halls.

537.05 Depositing material in water course prohibited.

537.06 Deposit of rubbish, garbage, etc.

537.07 Littering.

537.08 Bathing in West Fork River.

537.09 Nuisances on drainage area.

537.10 Smoking prohibited within all City property.

537.11 Animal defecation on public and certain private property. (Repealed)

537.99 Penalty.
