(EDITOR’S NOTE: See Section 501.99 for general Code penalty if no specific penalty is provided.)
Whoever violates any provision of Section 537.10 shall be fined as follows:
(a) The first infraction shall result in a fine of twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
(b) A second violation within a twelve month period shall result in a fine of fifty dollars ($50.00).
(c) A fine between fifty dollars ($50.00) and one hundred dollars ($100.00) shall be levied for each additional violation of Section 537.10 within a twelve month period.
