No person shall bathe, swim or wash or cleanse clothing in any storage reservoir in the West Fork of the Monongahela River which is constructed or maintained for the City for the storing of water for domestic use, or at any point along such river, or in any of the tributaries thereof, not in such storage reservoir, within five miles above the intake or point from which the water for the supply of the inhabitants of the City is drawn.
