PART THIRTEEN - PLANNING AND ZONING CODE
   An ordinance for the development through zoning of the territory within the jurisdiction of the Clarksburg City Planning and Zoning Commission be it ordained by the City Council of the City of Clarksburg, West Virginia, under authority of Article 5, Urban and Rural Planning and Zoning, Chapter Eight of the Code of West Virginia, passed March 14, 1959, and in accordance with the Charter of the City of Clarksburg.
   EDITOR'S NOTE: The Planning and Zoning Code codified as Chapters One to Five of this Part Thirteen was adopted by Ordinance 97-9, passed September 4, 1997. Amendments to Ordinance 97-9 will be indicated by legislative histories placed at the end of the new or affected sections.
