§ 34.04 MILES AND LODGING.
   (A)   Each town officer and employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of meals and lodging.
   (B)   Reimbursement for meals and lodging shall be set by resolution of the Town Council while employees are away from his or her designated headquarters for more than three hours, and engaged in official and authorized town business.
