§ 34.39 ABSENCE; ILLNESS.
   (A)   Vacation leave shall not accrue during a leave of absence without pay, the duration of which exceeds 15 days.

   (B)   Absences from employment by reason of illness shall not be chargeable against annual vacation leave unless otherwise agreed between the town and employee.
