§ 34.36 ANNUAL VACATION.
   (A)   Each town employee who is in continuous employment and service of the town is entitled to, and shall earn, annual vacation leave credit for the first full calendar month of employment. However, employees are not entitled to any leave with full pay until they have worked continuously for a period of six calendar months.
   (B)   Vacation credits shall be earned in accordance with the following schedule:
      (1)   One day through ten years of employment: at the rate of one and one-quarter working days for each month of service;
      (2)   Eleven years through 15 years of employment: at the rate of one and one-half working days for each month of service;
      (3)   Sixteen years through 20 years of employment: at the rate of one and three-fourths working days for each month of service; and
      (4)   Over 20 years of employment: at the rate of two working days for each month of service.
