§ 34.60 PERMANENT PART-TIME EMPLOYEES.
   Permanent part-time employees are entitled to prorated sick leave benefits if he or she have a regularly scheduled work assignment, and normally work at least 20 hours each week of the pay period, and have worked the qualifying period.
