§ 34.21 AUTHORIZATION OF SPECIAL TAX.
   If monies are not available in the General Fund of the town from general revenue sources, the Town Council shall annually budget, levy, and collect a special tax to meet obligations to fund the obligations of the Public Employees’ Retirement System.
