§ 34.40 DETERMINATION OF VACATION DATES.
   The dates when employees’ annual vacation leaves shall be granted shall be determined by agreement between the employee and his or her immediate supervisor, and subject to the consent of the Mayor, with regard to the best interest of the town, as well as the best interest of the employee.
