Article II. Definitions (18-28-201 et seq.)
18-28-201 General.
18-28-201.1 Scope.
   Unless otherwise expressly stated, the following words and terms shall, for the purposes of this chapter, have the meanings indicated in this article.
18-28-201.2 Interchangeability.
   Words used in the present tense include the future tense; words in the masculine gender include the feminine and neuter genders; the singular number includes the plural number and the plural, the singular.
18-28-201.3 Terms defined in other code provisions.
   If a term is not defined in this article and is defined in Title 14A, 14B, 14C, 14E, 14F, 14N, 14P, 14R or 14X, or other chapters of Title 18, the term shall have the meanings ascribed to it in those provisions, unless the context clearly requires otherwise.

18-28-201.4 Terms not defined.
   If a term is not defined within meaning of Sections 18-28-201.1 and 18-28-201.3, the term shall have its ordinarily accepted meaning unless the context clearly implies otherwise.
