2-45-010 Establishment – Composition.
   There is hereby established an executive department of the municipal government of the City, which shall be known as the Department of Planning and Development. The Department shall include the Commissioner of Planning and Development, and such deputies, assistants and other employees as may be provided by annual appropriation ordinance.
