2-45-045 Department – Composition – Zoning Administrator.
   The Department shall include such divisions as may be necessary or desirable to enable the performance of the duties of the Commissioner as set forth in this chapter. The Department shall furnish services necessary and proper to the functioning of the Chicago Plan Commission, the Capital Improvements Advisory Committee and such other offices and agencies as are appropriate. There is created within the Department the Office of Zoning Administrator who shall have the powers and duties prescribed for that Office in the Chicago Zoning Ordinance and other provisions of this Code.
