248.01 COMPOSITION; BOND.
   (a)   The Division of Police shall be composed of the following personnel: a Chief of Police; Lieutenant of Police; Sergeants of Police in such number as are required to maintain proper supervision; and Police Officers and Radio Dispatchers in such number as the Administration shall from time to time determine, as per budget appropriation by Council.
 
   (b)    Each Division member shall give bond to the City in the sum of five hundred dollars ($500.00). All members of the Division shall be appointed by the City Manager/Safety Director .
