248.10 COMMUNICATIONS SUPERVISOR.

There is hereby created the position of Communications Supervisor who shall be appointed from the qualified list as provided by the Civil Service Commission. Such Communications Supervisor shall maintain all records and prepare all working schedules subject to the authority of the Chief of Police.
