139.01 APPOINTMENT, TERM AND QUALIFICATIONS; COMPENSATION.
   (a)   The Director of Public Safety shall be a full-time position and subject only to Section 8.01 of the City Charter.

   (b)   Compensation of the Director of Public Safety shall be fixed by Council.
