Ordinance 9-94, passed January 17, 1994, approved the Final Draft Solid Waste Management Plan of the Cuyahoga County Solid Waste Management District. Ordinance 73-00, passed May 1, 2000, amended by Ordinance 72-06, passed May 16, 2006, approved the Final Draft of the Solid Waste Management Plan Update 2007-2015.
