(A) The position of part-time Municipal Environmental Maintenance Specialist in the Department of Public Service is hereby established.
(B) The duties of the part-time Municipal Environmental Maintenance Specialist shall consist of the duties of the full-time Municipal Environmental Maintenance Specialist as delineated in Ordinance 55-92, passed June 16, 1992.
(C) Chapter 264, as amended, is hereby amended to reflect the establishment of the position of part-time Municipal Environmental Maintenance Specialist in the Department of Public Service of the city.
(D) The part-time Municipal Environmental Maintenance Specialist shall be compensated as determined by the Mayor from time to time within limits established by Council from time to time.
(E) Notwithstanding division (D) hereof, whenever the part-time Municipal Environmental Maintenance Specialist is called to work on an emergency basis, as defined by the city, and at a time when he or she is not regularly scheduled to report for work, he or she shall receive a minimum of four hours of work or four hours of pay at the applicable rate of pay.
