§ 1060.03 RULES AND REGULATIONS.

The Director of Public Service shall have full and complete authority to make rules and regulations, not inconsistent with this chapter, pertaining to the collection and disposal of waste material and recyclable material, as well as to the administration thereof, as he or she may deem advisable.
